Dr Nicholas Russell

Dr Nick Russell is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon living in Warrnambool who has a special interest in disorders of the lower limb. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association. He specialises in the management of hip, knee, foot and ankle disorders, and is available for consulting and operating at Saint John of God Hospital and the Warrnambool Base Hospital.

He uses the latest techniques available for the treatment of arthritis and sports injuries, including minimally invasive surgery, endoscopic techniques and total joint replacement. He has an interest in modern techniques of pain relief after joint replacement, and accelerated rehabilitation aimed at getting patients back on their feet rapidly and safely.
