Dr Mohammad Mohaghegh

Overview

Dr. Mohammad Mohaghegh MD, MPhil, FRACS, is an Australian-trained plastic surgeon with over 22 years of surgical experience. His passion for helping patients, alongside a strong attention to detail and artistry drew him to specialising in plastic surgery.

Upon completion of his undergraduate degree in 1996, Dr. Mohaghegh continued another 22 years of rigorous training and study which resulted to his Fellowship in the Royal Australian College of Surgeons, in 2018. 

Dr. Mohaghegh’s training extends within many globally recognised institutions, such as The University of Sydney where he received the Sydney Burn Foundation’s scholarship for his Master of Philosophy degree (Living Skin Project) in 2015. In 2018, he engaged in further post-fellowship training in hand surgery, microsurgery, lymphedema and facial animation surgery at Macquarie University Hospital.
