The Find a Surgeon directory is a listing of active Fellows of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons who meet the requirements of the College's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program and have opted to be on the list. This list excludes retired or inactive Fellows.


RACS CPD is an annual program - 1 January to 31 December.

CPD is due by 28 February each year for the previous calendar year

The RACS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program is developed in consultation with specialty societies, associations and regional committees to assist you to maintain your surgical standards; with consideration of the regulatory authority requirements in Australia and New Zealand.

 The program aims to support and promote a culture of lifelong learning and self-reflection.

How do I enter my CPD online?cpd-approved-logo

  • Step 1: Log into the RACS Portfolio > My CPD
  • Step 2: Confirm your Practice Type is correct
  • Step 3: Review your requirements & ADD activities
  • Step 4: You can add supporting documents to any activity
  • Step 5: Once you have entered the requirements for each category submit your CPD via the 'Finalise my 2018 CPD' button


RACS activities, ANZASM activities and RACS Approved activities are automatically uploaded to your CPD and Verified for you.
