The Find a Surgeon directory is a listing of active Fellows of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons who meet the requirements of the College's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program and have opted to be on the list. This list excludes retired or inactive Fellows.

 

RACS Māori SET Trainee One Year Scholarship 2019

Maori FlagThis scholarship has been established by the RACS Indigenous Health Committee to support Māori Trainees and could be used to cover one or more of the following:

  • SET registration fees
  • SET course fees
  • SET examination fees
  • Research projects
  • Mentoring Programs
  • Travel, accommodation and registration fees to attend conferences
  • Other relevant professional development activities

Who can apply?

SET Trainees and SET applicants who identify as being Māori.

SET applicants are eligible to apply for a scholarship in anticipation of their acceptance into the SET Program. They must be accepted into the program prior to the commencement of the scholarship in order to take up the award.

Conditions

To be eligible an applicant needs to be a member or fulfil the eligibility requirements for membership of
Te Ohu Rata o Aotearoa (Te ORA).
