RACS Māori SET Trainee One Year Scholarship 2020

open. It may open at a later date in 2019 for taking up in
This scholarship has been
established by the RACS Indigenous Health Committee to
support Māori Trainees.
Who can apply?
RACS Surgical Trainees and SET applicants who identify as being
SET applicants are eligible to apply in anticipation of their
acceptance into the SET Program. They must be accepted into the
program prior to the commencement of the scholarship.
To be eligible an applicant needs to be a member or fulfil the
eligibility requirements for membership of Te Ohu Rata o Aotearoa (Te ORA).
This scholarship could be used to cover one or more of the
- SET registration fees
- SET course fees
- SET examination fees
- Research projects
- Mentoring Programs
- Travel, accommodation and registration fees to attend
- Other relevant professional development activities
