Dr Richard Smith

Overview

I trained in general surgery in New South Wales, followed by a fellowship year in surgical oncology at Prince of Wales Hospital.

In 2014/15 I further specialized in sarcoma and melanoma surgery with a clinical fellowship at The Royal Marsden Hospital, London.

During my travels I also spent several months training in oncoplastic breast surgery at the Karolinska Hospital, Stockholm.

In 2015 I returned to my hometown to practise at The Royal Adelaide Hospital, with an interest in soft tissue sarcoma, melanoma, breast and general surgery.

I’m also in private practice in Dulwich, operating at St Andrew’s Hospital.
