Relevant Professional Body Declaration Consultation

RACS received a simple request for RACS to remain as a “relevant professional body” as declared by the Minister for Health by way of a legislative instrument (the Declaration). It presents an opportunity to raise the issue concerning a Notice to Produce for alleged non-compliance with a Medicare audit which may clash with patient privacy laws.
