Drawing on published research, the EAG produced an issues paper and accepted submissions to focus discussion, help understand the problems and identify solutions to address discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment.

Issues paper: submissions published

The EAG called for submissions on an issues paper (PDF 319.74KB) on discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment in the practice of surgery. 

The issues paper aimed to trigger debate and find solutions to prevent and address discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment in the practice of surgery. It drew on published research on these problems, summarised in a background briefing (PDF 349.35KB).
