Recruitment process
Applications
To apply for a position with, you will submit an online application via our website. We encourage you to attach your CV and cover letter. Ensure in your cover letter that you address your experience relevant to the primary responsibilities in the position description attached to the job as well as the essential skills, qualifications and personal attributes.
Generally, we don’t have closing date on your applications, so we would recommend not delaying submitting your application.
Interviews
Once we shortlist applications and organising interviews, we will contact you if have been successful for an interview. Generally for most positions, we will have one to two interviews, these may be on-site in-person interviews or online Teams interviews. The style of the interviews will be behavioural and there will be a panel of interviewers with key stakeholders.

Employment checks
Following the interview, we will conduct two reference checks on preferred candidate/s. We will let you know when we are at this stage of the process. Depending on the role there may be further child safeguarding checks that may need to be performed.
Offer stage
We will call you to give you a verbal offer and chat about the next steps. Once you accept our verbal offer, we will email you a formal contract to accept followed by a short pre-hire questionnaire.
Once these have been completed, we will provide you with access to your onboarding information and tasks.
Unsuccessful applications
We will send an email notification if you have been unsuccessful for any of our roles. If your application is unsuccessful, we want to thank you for your time spent and appreciate your application, we look forward to hearing from you again if you see a role that you are suited to.
