Applications
You will submit an online application for a vacancy along with a CV and cover letter. Ensure in your cover letter that you address your experience relevant to the primary responsibilities in the position description attached to the job as well as the essential skills, qualifications and personal attributes.

Interviews
You will usually take part in one or two interviews. These may be on-site or video call interviews. The style of the interviews will be behavioural and there will be a panel of interviewers with key stakeholders.
Employment checks
At the end of the process we will conduct two reference checks. We will let you know when we are at this stage of the process. Depending on the role there may be further child safeguarding checks that may need to be performed.
Offer stage
We will call you to give you the good news and chat about next steps. Once you accept our verbal offer, we’ll email you the onboarding information which will include a contract of employment.
