Overview
The Paediatric examinations consist of the Paediatric Anatomy & Embryology Examination and the Paediatric Pathophysiology Examination. Both examinations must be successfully completed prior to application to the Fellowship Examination. A maximum number of four attempts is permitted for each examination.
Please note that registration for these exams closes at 11.59am (AEDT) on the closing date stipulated, late registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Prepare
This area provides guidance on what to study for the examination.
Sitting the exam
Candidates are required to arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes prior to the examination start time with photo identification. The short answer examinations are delivered electronically.
Results
Paediatric Anatomy & Embryology examination results will be available in RACS portfolio and via email approximately two weeks after the short answer component of the examination. Successful candidates will be invited to attend the viva component. Candidates who sit the viva component will be advised via email approximately one week after sitting. Paediatric Pathophysiology examination results will be available in RACS portfolio and via email approximately two weeks after the short answer component of the examination.
