Interim Assessment - Not Comparable

Overview
If an application is assessed as not comparable, the applicant is required to undertake further training and advised to liaise with the Australian Medical Council (AMC) to obtain general registration.
An interview is not required if an IMG application is assessed as not comparable following a document-based assessment.
Once the applicant has obtained general registration and permanent residency, they will be eligible to apply to the RACS Surgical Education and Training (SET) program.
