Key points for exam day

Session 1

All candidates for the first session must arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the examination for registration and a briefing. The requested arrival time will be specified on your venue notice. Any candidate arriving after this specified time will be considered late to the examination and may be unable to sit.

Session 2

Candidates who sit the examination on Saturday afternoon will be required to arrive early and be “quarantined” prior to the conclusion of the morning exam. The Sunday examination will be comprised of a different set of stations so no quarantine period is applicable. 

When you register on arrival, you will be required to provide photographic identification such as a drivers licence, passport or hospital ID.

All candidates are required to bring their own stethoscope to the examination. There will be no stethoscopes provided at the examination venue. All other equipment required for the examination stations will be provided.

Please wear formal business attire for the examination.
